I made a character rig with Cinema 4D and animated her with controllers. I animated her face separately with an After Effects face rig I also made, then I added post-production effects with After Effects.

I did not have a better vocoder. It also sounded like I was saying "EDDSWORLD" just fine without the other instrumental tracks, and yes, the "Eddsworld" is actually my own voice passed through some filters.

Set the Flash document to the size of the comic. Make each page a symbol. Put one page on each frame. Have a button that puts you forward a frame each time you click it. This is not the only way to do it, but this is how I did it. :)
